Got a voicemail today from someone telling me to stop calling them


Voicemail claimed they have been repeatedly getting calls from my number, but the caller never leaves a message. So they left me a messaging saying to cut it out.

This is on my company-issued cell phone. My call log going back thirty days has no record of any calls to that number before today.

Can telemarketers ghost their phone numbers so it looks like someone else is calling? That is the only thing I can think of that makes sense.
